3. Communication & Automated Messaging (WhatsApp)

By initiating a booking or submitting your phone number on our website, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and operational communications from us:

  • ‍ ‍Channel:** We use the WhatsApp Business API (connected via Make.com) to send you booking confirmations, check-in instructions, digital keys, and customer service updates.

  • ‍ ‍Carrier Fees:** Standard data and messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

4. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules

Guests staying at our homestay properties agree to abide by all local laws and specific property guidelines, including but not limited to:

  • Adhering to noise constraints, maximum occupancy limits, and smoking/pet policies.

  • Accepting full financial liability for any physical damage caused to the property during the rental period.
